1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

3. 50/50

ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #000000

1 for $5.00; 40000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $100,000.00.

4. Important Dates & Draw Information

Early Bird Deadline
Early Bird ticket sales deadline: March 13, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. MST
Early Bird draw: March 13, 2021 at 12:00:00 p.m. MST

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: May 17, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT

Draw
Main Lottery draw: May 17, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT
50/50 draw: May 17, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at XYZ Foundation Physical Address

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://demo-alberta.rafflenexus.com/winners on May 17, 2023.

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the XYZ Foundation.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the XYZ Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

6. Privacy

XYZ Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: demo@demo.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
